Policies
Please read and adhere to all policies below.
Hours of Operation
Standard business hours are
Tuesday –Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Sunday-Monday: Closed
Appointments scheduled outside of regular hours (before 10:00 AM or after 5:30 PM) are considered after-hours and require a $35 fee.
Please ensure you select the “Before/After Hours” add-on when booking to secure your slot.
To respect time and availability, cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a non-refundable deposit and will require booking a new appointment.
Clients who no-show without communication will be prohibited from booking future services.
Deposit Policy
A $31.00 deposit is required at the time of booking.
A Non-Refundable deposit of $30 will go toward your service; the additional $1.00 covers booking platform fees.
Preparing for Your Appointment
To ensure the best experience and results, please arrive with:
• A freshly cleansed face, no makeup or mascara
• Comfortable clothing for relaxation
• Restroom use completed 30 minutes to 1 hour before your appointment
Kindly note: This is a private, home-based studio. No children or additional guests are allowed.
Please note, I do not accept foreign infills (work done by another artist). A full set will be required if you’re coming from a different artist.
Late Policy
In any event in which you are running late, requires you to reach out and inform me of the delay.
Anytime after the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $1 late fee per minute and must be paid.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in
75% of the remaining balance being charged to the card on file
No-Shows (No Communication)
If you do not communicate and do not show up to your appointment:
• You will be charged 100% of the remaining balance,
• And may lose future booking privileges.
